  • Are your straws dishwasher safe?
    Yes! Our straws can be cleaned either by hand with the straw cleaner provided or you can place them in the dishwasher.
  • Do you accept returns?
    Unfortunatly due to sanitary reasons we are unable to accept returns. All items are thoroughly checked by my self before being shipped.
  • Do you offer discount on bulk orders?
    Yes! We are able to offer discount on bulk orders of over 30 straws. If this is something you are interested in then please leave us a message on our contact us page.
  • How will my order be shipped ?
    All orders will be shipped using Royal Mail.
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Shipping time varies depending on destination. We aim to get your orders processed and shipped within 3-5 working days. (UK) *NOTE: While most packages will arrive on time, there are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause delays in shipment. There will be no refunds due to delayed shipments.
